CCG-Green LEED Projects

CCG-GREEN is the LEED consultant for the civil engineering company, DCA Civil Engineering Group located in Los Angeles, California, and is part of the EDAW/AECOM team providing "On-Call" services, on a three year contract,  to the City of Los Angeles.

The Selma Avenue Hotel, Hollywood. CA

The Selma Avenue Hotel in Hollywood, to be constructed, a multi-story hotel located on top of an existing parking structure. Along with the buildings construction an adjacent Los Angeles City owned alley area will be adapted to create an esthetically pleasing pedestrian/restaurant/art-walkway. This will be one of the very first alley conversions in the City.

CCG-GREEN has acted as an advisor during the preliminary construction documentation phase and is currently assisting the team with storm water management and "B" permit plan preparation and addressing the City of Los Angeles SUSMP (Standard Urban Storm Water Mitigation Plan) into the drainage design plan. There will be an open-air nightclub on top of the hotel and a helipad. We have been successful in achieving two points, one for storm drain filtration and one for infiltration.

Coachella Valley Housing Authority, Palm Springs , CA

CCG-GREEN is the sub-consultant to DCA Civil Engineering Group to provide LEED advisory services to the engineering department for the preparation of construction documents for the Coachella Valley Housing Authority build-out of a 67 unit, 5 acre affordable housing development located south of Las Vegas Road at the end of Gateway Drive in the City of Palm Springs.

Bridge To Breakwater, Los Angeles , CA

CCG-GREEN was the LEED consultant for Phase 11 of the Bridge to Breakwater project for the Port of Los Angeles. As a sub-consultant to DCA Civil Engineering Group, CCG-GREEN advised the prime consultant EDAW/AECOM and DCA Civil Engineering Group on various approaches to mitigating both energy use and technical approaches to sustainable development. Phases of the project included, Downtown Plaza, Ports O Call, San Pedro Slip, and 22nd Street Landing. CCG-GREEN provided input regarding NPDES/SWPPP and SUSMP preparation.

Pristine Villaggio, Breckenridge, CO

CCG-GREEN is the LEED consultant for this European inspired, boutique lodge located just below 'The Peaks of Breckenridge'. It is the intent of Pristine Villaggio, LLC to achieve the Platinum LEED certification for this project.

The lodge was designed to serve as a ski-in/ski-out lodging, and a warming center for the existing Nordic trail system. The development’s proximity to the Peaks trailhead provides a starting point for mountain bikers, snowshoers, cross-country running, etc, thus creating hot beds for the local economy. This Project is presently suspended, due to legal issues.
