CCG-Green’s two principal partners, George Cornwall, Ph.D. and Penelope Van Dijk, MA founded the company in 2005, with the objective of increasing awareness of green building technologies, and providing consultation services for those seeking certification for their green built projects. CCG-Green also assists their clients in procuring grant monies to assist in the development of green building technologies. The company is a 100% minority and women owned business, with their headquarters located in an historically underutilized business zone, in Los Angeles, CA, and satellite offices in Rural areas of Colorado. They are in the process of obtaining Section 8(a), HUBzone and WBE (Women’s Business Enterprise) National Certifications.
CCG-Green is an industry leader in Sustainable Design Solutions, specializing in maximizing certification points for the US Green Building Councils LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System. We work with a wide variety of projects including New Construction and Major Renovation, Existing Building Operations and Maintenance, Core and Shell Development, Commercial Interiors, Homes, and Neighborhood Development.
The CCG-Green Team also specializes in Grant Writing for Green Industries. We excel at procuring funding for homeowners, for-profit businesses, non-profit businesses, and government agencies, involved in environmental, restoration, and green building enterprises.
